About the Blogger

My name is Angela, and I’m a little, well… nutty!

I’m a 22-year-old recent college graduate who just moved back to Pittsburgh. I graduated with a degree in journalism from Ohio University in Athens, OH, which is actually the coolest small town on earth. That said, Pittsburgh has always been close to my heart, and it feels good to be home!

So, like I said, I’m nutty. I’m nuts about friends, exercising, peanut butter, family, chocolate, television – basically, for life. I’m also kind of… nutty. Like, goofy, silly, talk-in-weird-voices, and laugh-at-inappropriate times nutty. Sometimes, I think the world is too serious, and I make it my goal to take the edge off (with HUMOR, ahem).

I’m here to show you that I believe you can live life healthfully and have a great time while you’re at it. This is something that’s taken me a long time to figure out, and I think I’ve finally got it down. It’s all about balance, right?

Thanks for checking out my blog. Stick around a little while and be nutty.

  1. Hi Angela! I just found your blog! I’m so happy when I hear that young ladies such as yourself are conscious and smart about their health. When I was 21 (15 years ago!) it was all about what I looked like on the outside, never mind how I felt on the inside. Well, that had changed long before I got to be this age, but I do wish it hadn’t taken me as long as it did to realize that you need to be healthy on the inside first! So, good for you for knowing what it takes to be happy and healthy so early on in life! 🙂 Looking forward to following!

    1. Thank you so much! That comment made my day. I really appreciate your reading my blog. It’s so important to take care of yourself, and I want to be healthy now so that I can feel young for as long as possible.

  2. I love WIAW link-ups to discover new blogs… so happy I stumbled upon your little corner! Are you my long lost sister? Hogwarts and PB?! Boom.

  3. First of all, I love your blog. Also, I own those shorts (Forever 21 FTW). I love that you love Pittsburgh because I love Pittsburgh as well, and Ohio (where I’m from) will always have a piece of my heart. I’m glad I found your blog and will continue to read.

  4. Hi Angela,

I agree, life can be tough at times, so I say laugh as much as you can. Target has a brand of Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter that is delicious. I am not a big fan of dark chocolate but that peanut butter is so dang good!!

    Have a good one!!

      1. Welcome!! Your blog is pretty cool!!

It seems like people hit a certain age when they stop laughing and seem to be serious most of the time There is a time to get to business, but come on people, turn it off now and then. I have a nephew who recently turned 10 months, and I love watching him play. He gets so involved in what he is doing at the time and nothing else matters. We should all live that way. It sucks as we get older that we lose that ability.

  5. I consider myself a little nutty too… but a nutty person knows her friends are real and has way more fun than the those so called normal folks 😉 Looking forward to following your blog!

  6. Hi Angela!
I’m so glad that I stumbled upon your blog. It’s soo cute and I can’t wait to read more of your posts! I’m a healthy lifestyle blogger/ crazy, nutty, fun-loving college student (and peanut butter loving ;)) as well. But those two go hand in hand, I mean, only fun people love peanut butter as much as we do!

  7. Hey Angela! I just found your blog through Amanda’s Thinking Out Loud linkup, and I love it! I’m a college student blogger as well–it’s always nice to find fellow students in the blog world. I can’t wait to read more!

  8. How have I read your blog before but didn’t know you were a fellow journalism graduate?! It’s really nice to ‘meet’ others from that field through blogs as – at least over here – it’s easy to feel like the odd one out with that degree. So hi from another journalist-to-be from the other side of the world. (:
