Nutty Arm Buster

Is that a weird workout name? I was not feeling witty and creative yesterday, but I was totally feeling this arm workout. It took me about 35 minutes to get through with some rest in between.

Rest, and two guys using the bench I wanted while they were talking about Fenrir the mythical wolf (it would have been okay if they meant Fenrir Greyback from Harry Potter but they didn’t).

Hopefully your weight-lifting swag won’t be interrupted by mythically obsessed male 20-somethings like mine was.

If you don’t know what any of the moves are, you can easily search them on Google! I do it all the time 😉

I wanted to note that you should use weights that challenge you for these exercises. Personally, I have to change weights for different moves because some are easier for me than others. Just a reminder!

Also, if someone would ship me some Pumpkin Spice M&Ms I would love you forever because they are available exclusively at Target, which we don’t have in my town. *crying*

Question of the Day:
Do you get annoyed when someone is using the machine you want at the gym? I have a set bike, treadmill, and elliptical that I like and I get thrown off whack if someone’s on them. I guess things like the weight bench you really can’t help, though.

  2. looks like a great workout!! and yesss even though im completely aware that my gym is not my private gym, and other people have just as much right to be there using the equipment as i do, i still get annoyed when someone is on my machine 🙂 ALSO- in group exercise classes when someone is in the spot i like most in the room- thats my spot!!

    I can totally relate to having gym equipment taken over, especially by the *ahem* male species. Today my xc team was in the weight room and some dudes had hijacked EVERY SINGLE bar, even the ones from the squat racks. We needed to do step-ups and bench press so we had to send an ambassador who was friends with one of the guys to hand over one of the bars.
    When it comes to the spinning studio I am totally possessive of which bike I prefer to sweat on!
