Is that a weird workout name? I was not feeling witty and creative yesterday, but I was totally feeling this arm workout. It took me about 35 minutes to get through with some rest in between.
Rest, and two guys using the bench I wanted while they were talking about Fenrir the mythical wolf (it would have been okay if they meant Fenrir Greyback from Harry Potter but they didn’t).
Hopefully your weight-lifting swag won’t be interrupted by mythically obsessed male 20-somethings like mine was.
If you don’t know what any of the moves are, you can easily search them on Google! I do it all the time 😉
I wanted to note that you should use weights that challenge you for these exercises. Personally, I have to change weights for different moves because some are easier for me than others. Just a reminder!
Also, if someone would ship me some Pumpkin Spice M&Ms I would love you forever because they are available exclusively at Target, which we don’t have in my town. *crying*
Question of the Day:
Do you get annoyed when someone is using the machine you want at the gym? I have a set bike, treadmill, and elliptical that I like and I get thrown off whack if someone’s on them. I guess things like the weight bench you really can’t help, though.
